Electrical Fire

This customer had an electrical fire that affected her 3 story town home. Prior to services SERVPRO held an inspection and provided an initial scope of work to submit to her Insurance Company for approval, during that time on waiting for the approval to move forward our Crews place an Air scrubber; however, her insurance later on approved the initial scope of work that needed to be completed, so SERVPRO went out and cleaned the areas as told. After completing the services, the insured was very happy with the results considering that a fire had just occurred in her home. SERVPRO of North Prince William County.
